Lakeway


Lakeway is located southwest of Austin and has approximately 11,500 residents who call it home. Only 16 miles from Austin, the city of Lakeway sits on the south shore bank of Lake Travis and provides commuters a relaxed atmosphere among the gorgeous views of the Texas Hill Country.

The Lake Travis Independent School District services the area with its award winning schools and excellent programs. In fact, LTHS band recently performed on Good Morning America.

Lakeway has grown significantly with the boom of the Austin area population. Once considered a retirement community, Lakeway is now home to the Lakeway World of Tennis, Nitro Swimming, Lakeway Resort & Spa, a bustling Lakeway Commons marketplace, Lakeway Regional Medical Center and several prestigious golf courses.

Residents have the opportunity to live in a resort-like community with the close proximity of Austin.

Rough Hollow


Rough Hollow is a master-planned community of more than 1,800 acres with home prices ranging from the $300s to over $3 million. The community of beautifully crafted homes to suit a variety of tastes and styles is nestled on Lake Travis and offers stunning views of the Texas Hill Country.

Rough Hollow is in the Lake Travis Independent School District and provides residents with a plethora of amenities including a Yacht Club and Marina, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, hiking trails and restaurant.

Rough Hollow developers have also built a water-themed amenity called Highland Village. This area of the subdivision gives residents a place to socialize, dine and relax; while boasting a lazy river, splash pads, a children’s pool, adult pool with swim-up bar, all-season pavilion with a demonstration kitchen, a village green and an open-air marketplace.


West Lake Hills


The city of West Lake Hills was founded and incorporated in 1953 and has grown into one of the most sought-after and exclusive places to live in the Austin area.

Located on the south side of the Colorado River, the West Lake Hills community of about 1,000 homes and 200 businesses sits on the edge of the Texas Hill Country. It is nestled amid the rolling hills and is southwest of the downtown area with many sprawling luxury homes.

With the award-winning EANES school district, the residents of West Lake Hills have worked hard to preserve the natural beauty of the city, which is only approximately four square miles. The West Lake Beach is a great example of combining the area’s gorgeous landscape on the shore of Lake Austin while providing entertainment and relaxation for residents and visitors.

Rollingwood is a neighborhood within West Lake Hills and the location is ideal for executives who want a neighborhood with small town charm, but only minutes to downtown Austin.

Settled next to one of Austin’s main arteries, Mopac, Rollingwood residents are afforded easy access to everything, as well as the ability to walk to Lake Austin and Zilker Park.

Rob Roy, which is another West Lake Hills’ neighborhood, is one of Austin’s largest private residential neighborhoods with vast green belts, mature trees, lush landscaping, and scenic Hill Country views.

Beginning in 1982, Rob Roy has grown into a gorgeous community with over 300 homes on one to five acre lots. Additionally, the architecture of the custom built homes range from modern to traditional, all the while blending with the Hill Country landscape.

Lost Creek is situated across the Capital of Texas Highway from West Lake Hills and extends to Barton Creek. The neighborhood, which was created in 1972, has over 775 acres and includes the Lost Creek Country Club.

This impressive neighborhood is included in the EANES school district and features expansive homes with stunning views. Lost Creek is an established neighborhood with an ideal location.

In addition, the Lost Creek Country Club offers a private retreat and includes golfing, tennis, swimming, fitness and more.

Seven Oaks is placed among the rolling hills of Austin and each custom built home is positioned on one to six acres to take advantage of the magnificent views of the Texas Hill Country.

Another EANES school district neighborhood, Seven Oaks is easily accessible from Bee Caves Road extends to Lake Austin. Seven Oaks has 153 homes and is named appropriately due to the many large oak trees found throughout the community.

Barton Creek is located between West Lake Hills and Bee Cave, just south of Bee Cave Road and west of Loop 360 and is about 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The neighborhood runs from Southwest Parkway to its’ namesake, Barton Creek.

Barton Creek is a sizeable community with different styles and types of homes available. One can find a low-maintenance garden home, as well as a sprawling estate on acreage. Barton Creek offers many options for luxury living with condominiums, apartments, retirement living, large home sites and more.

The Barton Creek area offers more than a dozen neighborhoods including The Estates of Barton Creek, Calera, Escala, Governor’s Hill, Mirador, North Rim, The Foothills of Barton Creek, Watersmark, and Wimberly Lane.

The main feature of this Hill Country community is the Barton Creek Resort and Spa, which spreads over 4000 acres and offers multiple golf courses.

Depending on location, Barton Creek is in the Austin Independent School District, Lake Travis Independent School District and EANES school district. In addition to public education, four private schools are found within the community.
